4-6oz Mahi filet

Juice of 1 lime

3 tbsp Olive Oil

Salt

Fresh cracked black pepper

 

Curry Sauce

2 tbsp vegetable oil

5 cloves garlic

1 medium onion

4 tbsp curry powder

2 Fresh dried coconuts

2 bunches fresh shadon beni

1 bunch fresh chive

4 large pimentos

1 bunch of crestels

1 tbsp olive oil

Garnish

1 cup olive oil

1 bunch of basil

2 Red Onions
