Cheese Cake stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients Needed

 

  • 6 Fresh Strawberries

  • 2 Slices of Cheesecake ( Mashed up )

  • 1 Lb of plain melted chocolate

  • 6 Oz Chocolate Puffed Rice

  • 4 Oz Melted White Chocolate

  • Fresh Mint

  • 2 Each Pirulin Wafers

  • 1 Tbsp of Hershey Strawberry Sauce

  • Small Cluster of Purple Grapes

Method

  • For the Chocolate Ganache, you will need to place the place the Heavy cream into a pot to warm up and then poor the warm cream over the chopped chocolate to melt it. Stir With spatula until smooth and velvety.

  • Take the plain chocolate and melt over a double boiler. Set aside and keep warm

  • Do the same with white chocolate and also keep warm.

  • Take Cheesecake and mash up until slightly mushy.

  • Take strawberries and cut out a “ V ” shape  from the bottom part of them..

  • Take crumbled cheesecake and insert some it into the “ V ” shape of the strawberry and cover ¾ of the body of the strawberry. Make sure the cheesecake mixture adheres to the strawberry properly. Then Dip the strawberry, holding it by the stem into the melted chocolate lightly, not too thick of a coating and then roll into chocolate puffed rice. Place into cupcake cups for presentation and drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
