Gulf body identified

The body that was found off the Gulf of Paria on Monday has been identified as a homeless woman named Michelle also known as Rasta. 
She was last seen alive on Monday at about 10 am in the East Dry River near the Home for Socially Displaced persons at Riverside car park in Port of Spain.
Michelle's decomposed body was retrieved at about 5 pm in an area known as 'Big Ben' Blue River. Her surname was not given.
The body which was clad only in a pink floral top was first sighted by fishermen at about 3 pm.
A party of police officers led by Supt Wayne Mystar went via pirogue to the area to retrieve the body.
